family atmosphere.

What services and products do you offer?
We offer all jewelry related services
including but not limited to: Appraisals, ring sizing, retipping, stone
setting, chain repair, clasps, watch batteries, professional jewelry
cleaning services, wax carving and casting, antique jewelry restoration
and whatever ideas you may have. Again, all services performed on site,
your family heirlooms are as important to us as they are to you.
Consignments are considered based on quality of merchandise.

How do you differentiate yourself from your competition?
We are different than other stores because we
dont employ sales people, we have jewelers that know their business and
are highly sensitive to your particular needs. When you leave here
you`ll be able to say I know a Jeweler personally.

What is the most frequent question asked by someone who calls for the first time?
First time callers are always pleased to know
that they`re talking to the person that will be doing the work, and not
a sales person that needs to talk to someone else before they can give
you a finished date or a price quote.

How long have you been in business?
I was raised in the jewelry business as my
Father opened our family store in 1967. I started working at the shop
at the age of 10 and have been doing it ever since. 38 years of service
to the public and I`ve loved every second of it!

Who are your typical customers?
None of our customers are `typical`, we have
folks that have been using our services since their first purchase, and
in many cases I`ve dealt with children and grandchildren of our
original clients. We will always emphasize `Family and Friends!`, it`s
what has made us what we are, a family business.

What is of concern by patrons in using your products or services?
Our customers concerns become our concerns, we
want you to feel as if you`re talking to someone that knows you and is
sensitive to your needs and worries. Again, highly personalized
services.

What else should your customers know about your business?
We are very thankful that we`re in a position
to be able to serve the general public, business has always been faith
based and you must believe in yourself and those around you. I do.
